Rosie - Replacement Opportunity
Rosie finds replacement opportunities through nonmember maintenances, aging equipment in your service history and opens the replacement conversation.
What Rosie does. Rosie helps book nonmember maintenance and digs through service and repair history to spot equipment near end-of-life, then reaches out with replacement options — turning records you'd never get to into real pipeline. (Rosie outreach has closed full system replacements.)
How Rosie talks. Consultative — frames maintenance or replacement as a heads-up, not a pitch.
What Rosie can do. Identify replacement candidates from non members, equipment age and service history, open the conversation, answer routine questions, and route serious interest into a booked visit or estimate.
What Rosie can't do. Rosie won't quote a price or commit to a job spec over text — that needs a tech or estimate. She surfaces and qualifies; she doesn't close the sale herself.
When Rosie hands off. A customer ready to buy, or asking for pricing/specifics, gets routed to your team or into an estimate. Escalation path is set per account. For how escalation works and how to reach a person, see Escalation Failure.
Customizable vs. fixed. Set per account: which equipment/age thresholds she targets, message wording, timing, and suppression. Fixed: she stays in the replacement-opportunity workflow and won't quote firm pricing.
