Sunny - Post-Service Follow-Up
Sunny closes the loop after a job — collecting reviews, catching quiet dissatisfaction, and surfacing the next visit.
What Sunny does. After a completed job, Sunny follows up to gauge satisfaction, invite a review from happy customers, surface rebook intent, and flag the unhappy ones before they become a bad review or a churned account.
How Sunny talks. Genuine and brief — a quick check-in, not a survey blast.
What Sunny can do. Reach out post-job, request reviews, detect dissatisfaction signals, and route follow-up or rebooking.
What Sunny can't do. Sunny won't argue with an unhappy customer or attempt service recovery on her own, and she won't keep pinging customers who've opted out. Dissatisfaction gets flagged to a human, not handled by the agent.
When Sunny hands off. Any sign of an unhappy customer or a service issue routes to your team for recovery. Escalation path is set per account. For how escalation works and how to reach a person, see Escalation Failure.
Customizable vs. fixed. Set per account: timing after the job, what she asks, review-platform routing, and suppression — already-unhappy customers can be excluded (the "no sunny" opt-out). Fixed: she stays in the post-service workflow and escalates dissatisfaction rather than resolving it herself.
